How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship the same business day when placed before the cutoff. You will receive tracking once the label is created.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping thresholds and options are shown at checkout. Domestic ground shipping is often included above a minimum order value.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Packages use plain outer packaging without product branding on the exterior.

What if my package is lost?

Contact support with your order number and tracking. We will work with the carrier and resolve verified loss cases according to our shipping policy.

What are your purity guarantees?

Lots are independently tested. Reports are posted in the COA Library and matched to the lot number on the vial before the lot goes on sale.

Do you provide reconstitution instructions?

Basic laboratory reconstitution guidance can be provided on request for research use only. Always follow your institutional protocols.
